A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn or unused merchandise within 60 business days.  A refund will be issued to the original form of payment (Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded).

All orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. We also offer international shipping to various countries, with your order subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RayVive+ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
